Mừng Đảng, mừng xuân- biến khát vọng thành hiện thực
Vòng tuần hoàn 365 ngày của đất trời lại đưa chúng ta đến với mùa xuân mới 2022.
Từ hơn 90 năm qua, khái niệm “mùa xuân” gắn liền với ý niệm về Đảng, gợi trong lòng người bao xúc cảm về sức sống mãnh liệt, trường tồn của dân tộc. “Đảng đã cho ta một mùa xuân đầy khát vọng”, cứ mỗi độ Tết đến, Xuân về, muôn triệu người Việt Nam lại rạo rực chờ đón những điều mới mẻ, hướng đến những điều thiêng liêng, tốt đẹp nhất, để lòng ta thêm yêu đảng, yêu xuân.
Đại hội XIII diễn ra đầu xuân năm qua đã trở thành kỳ đại hội mang dấu ấn đặc biệt đi vào lịch sử với những những quyết sách mạnh mẽ, sáng suốt của Đảng đưa đất nước phát triển, sớm hiện thực hóa “khát vọng phát triển đất nước phồn vinh, hạnh phúc” . Trong bối cảnh toàn Đảng, toàn dân, toàn quân ta đang ra sức phấn đấu triển khai thực hiện Nghị quyết Đại hội đại biểu toàn quốc lần thứ XIII của Đảng, đất nước ta vừa có nhiều thuận lợi, thời cơ lớn, vừa phải đối mặt với những khó khăn, thách thức mới, gay gắt hơn so với dự báo.
Đại dịch COVID-19 diễn biến phức tạp với biến thể Delta hơn một năm qua đã gây tác động nhiều mặt, gây ra những tổn thất nặng nề đối với nhiều quốc gia, dân tộc, trong đó có nước ta. Dưới sự lãnh đạo kịp thời, đúng đắn của Đảng, sự phối hợp đồng bộ, triển khai quyết liệt của cả hệ thống chính trị, sự chung sức, đồng lòng của đồng bào, chiến sỹ cả nước và kiều bào ta ở nước ngoài, sự giúp đỡ của bạn bè quốc tế, chúng ta đã cơ bản kiểm soát có hiệu quả đại dịch, chủ động đưa đất nước vào trạng thái bình thường mới, “thích ứng an toàn, linh hoạt, kiểm soát hiệu quả dịch COVID-19” để phát triển kinh tế-xã hội. Kỳ diệu thay trong “bão táp, mưa sa” của thiên tai, dịch bệnh, toàn Đảng, toàn dân ta vẫn kiên trì, bền bỉ vượt khó, biến nguy thành cơ, chung tay xây dựng đất nước.
Gần 100 triệu dân Việt Nam dù ở trong nước hay Việt kiều đang sống ở hơn 130 quốc gia và vùng lãnh thổ đều thể hiện tình yêu đồng bào, yêu quê hương, đất nước mình. Khó có thể liệt kê hết những hành động, nghĩa cử cao đẹp về “lá lành đùm lá rách”, “nhiễu điều phủ lấy giá gương” của đồng bào trong và ngoài nước suốt thời gian qua. Kỳ diệu hơn nữa là nhiều sự kiện lớn, quan trọng đã diễn ra trong năm: Hội nghị Trung ương 4 khóa XIII về xây dựng, chỉnh đốn Đảng với nhiều điểm mới, mang tính đột phá quyết liệt; Hội nghị Văn hóa toàn quốc diễn ra với quy mô lớn mang ý nghĩa “văn hóa là hồn cốt của dân tộc”; hội nghị đối ngoại toàn quốc hướng tới mục tiêu “Xây dựng và phát triển nền đối ngoại, ngoại giao Việt Nam hiện đại và mang đậm bản sắc dân tộc…Những sự kiện này như thổi vào đất nước một luồng sinh khí mạnh mẽ để bước vào một giai đoạn mới quyết tâm đẩy lùi khó khăn, thực hiện thắng lợi NQ Đại hội XIII của Đảng trên mọi lĩnh vực: văn hóa, giáo dục, kinh tế, chính trị, xã hội.
Nhìn lại một năm qua, dưới ánh sáng soi đường của Nghị quyết Đại hội, dưới sự chỉ đạo của Hội Nghiên cứu Khoa học về Đông Nam Á – Việt Nam và sự cộng tác tích cực của các nhà khoa học, chuyên gia, đội ngũ những người làm báo, Tạp chí Đông Nam Á đã khẳng định được vị thế của mình: đội ngũ đoàn kết, năng động, sáng tạo để hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ được giao. Tạp chí in đã chuyển tải được nhiều thông tin chuyên ngành, thành tựu nghiên cứu khoa học; trao đổi thông tin hợp tác và phát triển bền vững giữa Việt Nam và các nước trong khu vực. Đặc biệt, sự ra đời của tạp chí điện tử Đông Nam Á được sự cấp phép của Bộ Thông tin và Truyền thông đã mở ra cơ hội mới cho Tạp chí trong mở rộng quy mô, hiện đại hóa hoạt động báo chí, truyền thông, đảm nhận trọng trách mà Hội đã giao phó.
Bước sang năm mới 2022, Tạp chí Đông Nam Á tiếp tục thực hiện mục tiêu” Vì một Đông Nam Á hòa bình, hữu nghị phát triển bền vững”, nâng cao chất lượng truyền thông trên mọi lĩnh vực: Lịch sử, văn hóa, luật pháp, kinh tế, khoa học công nghệ, giáo dục đào tạo, sinh thái môi trường và chăm sóc sức khỏe cộng đồng.
Hạnh phúc muôn nhà, hạnh phúc ta ! Năm mới khí thế mới, quyết tâm mới, nhất định mọi ngành, mọi nhà, trong đó có Hội Nghiên cứu khoa học Đông Nam Á và Tạp chí Đông Nam Á sẽ thắng lợi mới.

ASEAN News – Communist Party of Vietnam’s Anniversary in Springtime Celebration – make aspirations come true
The 365-day cycle of mother earth brings us to the new spring of 2022.
For more than 90 years, the concept of “spring” has been associated with the concept of Communist Party of Vietnam, evoked in people’s hearts many emotions about the strong and lasting vitality of the nation. Communist Party of Vietnam has given us an aspirational spring” (song lyrics), every year when spring comes with Tet Festival, millions of Vietnamese eagerly wait for new things, long for the best and sacred things, and let their hearts and minds be filled with the love for the Party and springtime.
The XIII Congress Meeting, which took place in early spring last year, has a historical meaning given the powerful and wise decisions of Communist Party of Vietnam to help the country develop, and bring about the “country’s aspiration for prosperity and happiness” in the near future. While we, the Party, people and army altogether, are trying our best to implement the Resolution of the 13th National Congress, our country is receiving many advantages and great opportunities, at the same time, facing new difficulties and challenges which are more severe than predicted.
The complicated development of the COVID-19 pandemic with the Delta variant over the past year has posed many impacts, causing heavy losses to many countries and ethnic groups, including ours. Under the timely and strong leadership of the Party, the synchronous coordination and drastic implementation of the whole political system, the joint effort and determination of our people nationwide and overseas, the support from international friends, we have put the pandemic under control, proactively brought the country into a new normal, “adapted safely, with flexibility, and effectively control the COVID-19 pandemic” for socio-economic development. Miraculously, despite the “storm and rain” of natural disasters and epidemics, Communist Party of Vietnam and people of our country have overcome difficulties, turned challenges into opportunities, and joined hands to build the country.
Nearly 100 million Vietnamese people, whether in the country, or overseas in more than 130 countries and territories, have shown their patriotism and love for their fellow citizens. It is difficult to list all the noble actions of care and support from Vietnamese people nationwide and abroad in the past time. Even more amazing were many big and important events that took place during the year: the 4th Conference of the Party’s Central Committee, term XIII on Party building and correction with many new breakthroughs; The National Cultural Conference took place on a large scale with the message of “culture is the soul of the nation”; The National Foreign Affairs Conference aims at “Building and developing a modern Vietnamese foreign policíe and diplomacy imbued with national identity” … These events has brought the country a refreshing breeze to enter a new phase where we are determined to repel difficulties, successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress in all fields: culture, education, economy, politics and society.
Looking back over the past year, under the steering light of the Resolution of the National Congress, the direction of the Vietnam Association of Southeast Asia Studies and the active cooperation of scientists, experts and journalists, Southeast Asia Magazine has affirmed its position: a united, dynamic and creative team brought together to succesfully deliver the assigned tasks. The printed magazine has conveyed a lot of specialized information and scientific research achievements; exchange information on cooperation and sustainable development between Vietnam and other countries in the region. In particular, the birth of the online Southeast Asian Magazine, licensed by the Ministry of Information and Communications, has opened up new opportunities for the Magazine in expanding and modernizing journalism and communication activities, and in fulfilling the responsibilities assigned by the Association.
Entering the New Year of 2022, Southeast Asia Magazine continues to implement the goal striving “For a peaceful, friendly and sustainable Southeast Asia”, improving communication quality in all fields: history, culture, law, economics, science and technology, education and training, environmental ecology and community healthcare.
Everyone’s happiness is our happiness! In the new year with a new spirit and determination, I strongly believe that everyone, including the Vietnam Association of Southeast Asian Studies and the Southeast Asian Magazine, will achieve new victories.
